Leonardo DiCaprio may have won a SAG Award on Saturday, but he also got some negative attention from the American Lung Association!
The Revenant star was smoking an e-cigarette at his table — right in the middle of the televised ceremony!
The ALA called Leo out for his “deeply troubling” conduct — noting that vape pens expose others to secondhand toxins. Also, it’s illegal to smoke vape pens in restaurants, bars, and other public places in El Lay.
While the SAGs didn’t seem to care about a few puffs, the actor will reportedly run into a problem if he takes out his vape pen at the Oscars!

Hollywood’s famous Dolby Theatre, where the 88th Academy Awards will be held, has a strict no-smoking policy — which includes vaping!
If the 41-year-old does want to light up in celebration after winning (or out of defeat after losing), he is welcome to vape all he wants in one of the designated smoking sections set up by the theater.
Just no puffing at the table, Leo!
