Fans of Fox‘s Lethal Weapon may be surprised to learn it has not yet been renewed for a third season.
The TV adaptation has great ratings — it’s the network’s second highest rated drama behind Empire — so what gives?
According to a Deadline report, the problem is one of the stars — no, not Damon Wayans! It’s his co-lead in the two hander, a relative newcomer named Clayne Crawford, who reportedly has “a history of bad behavior” on set.

It’s unclear what exactly he’s being accused of but whatever it is, members of the cast and crew don’t even want to be on set with him.
In other words, they’re all getting too old for this shit.
In an unusual circumstance, the show may actually get canceled despite its good ratings — or be forced to recast one of its leads after two seasons!
Neither solution could possibly make viewers happy. So tell us, Lethal Weapon fans — would you keep watching the show with a new Martin Riggs??
