Question, Liam Gallagher: Who do you like in the music industry? Just curious.
While most of us have been singing Radiohead’s praises on their new album (and making killer mash-up videos with Thom Yorke), Liam wants us all to know that he doesn’t care for the band’s latest disc.
The former Oasis, now Beady Eye frontman explained to sources that his biggest qualm with the album was its, um, content. He explained:
“I heard that f—ing Radiohead record and I just go, ‘What?!’ I like to think that what we do, we do f—-ing well. Them writing a song about a f—ing tree? Give me a f—-ing break! A thousand year old tree? Go f— yourself! You’d have thought he’d have written a song about a modern tree or one that was planted last week. You know what I mean?”
Actually, we can honestly say we have no idea what the hell you mean.
It’s called a metaphor, buddy. You know, like “wonderwall” or “champagne supernova”!
