But it turns out Liam Hemsworth had a very good excuse for bailing on his bride.

No, it’s not because he’s busy doing a press junket for his upcoming rom-com spoof Isn’t It Romantic — he had to cancel that, too!
Costar Rebel Wilson revealed in one of the interviews:
“He texted us this morning. He was in hospital overnight, so hopefully he will be fine.”
What??
Unfortunately she didn’t go into more detail. But according to E! News insiders, the poor fella is suffering from kidney stones!
Ouch!
