The actor was spotted at the Myer Derby After Party in Sydney, Australia on Saturday night, cozying up big time to model Yolanda Vendy!

According to sources, the two were inseparable, and spent the majority of the evening talking to each other at a private table!

But poor Miley! Between this and her parents, gurlfriend is having a tough month!
