Maya Henry has had enough of Liam Payne! And she hired lawyers to fight him!!
Last week, the 23-year-old went viral on TikTok after completely BLASTING the One Direction alum of a slew of different things in multiple videos. Among other things (including sharing some super shocking 1D tea with fans on the video-sharing app), she claimed that even though they’ve been broken up since 2022, the 31-year-old still obsessively contacts her, and even regularly reaches out to her mother Azteca Henry. In the original reveal a week ago, Maya said:
“Ever since we broke up he messages me, will blow up my phone, not only from his phone, it’s always from different phone numbers too, so I never know where it’s gonna come from. He’ll create new iCloud accounts to message me — it’s always a new damn iCloud account. Every time I see one pop up on my phone I’m like, ‘here we f**king go again.’ Also, he will email me … not only me, but he’ll blow up my mom’s phone. Is this normal behavior to you?”

She also accused the Strip That Down singer of preying on and weaponizing his die-hard One Direction fans because “they will always be loyal to him and they won’t tell on him.” Thus, she claims that it allows bad behavior to fester! Oof!! She explained:
“When you constantly enable someone, they’re never going to realize what they’ve done is bad. Or they do realize but they know they can get away with it, which is what has happened to him for so many damn years. Everything gets swept under the rug, everything gets hidden for him. I don’t know who the hell is behind all this, but nothing ever comes out about him.”

On Monday, a lawyer for the influencer told DailyMail.com that the young woman is actually taking legal action against the boy band crooner:
“Maya Henry issued a cease and desist last week to Liam Payne following the emergence of new and concerning information. She has retained attorneys Marco Crawford and Daniel Cerna to represent her. At this time, that is her only comment on the matter.”
Whoa!
An already messy situation just got a whole lot more real for the singer! Legal action like this is no joke!
