It turns out Lil’ Wayne‘s in-flight medical emergency wasn’t as terrifying as early reports suggested!
We were told the rap superstar’s fancy private jet was forced to land yesterday after he started showing “seizure-like symptoms.” Apparently that wasn’t 100% accurate.
Weezy’s rep has given us an update, explaining:
“Lil Wayne was successfully released from the hospital after being treated for a severe migraine and dehydration. He is at home on doctor mandated rest and will return to work soon. He appreciates all of his fans for their support and love.”
To be clear, the rep adds:
“Reports that Wayne suffered a seizure are incorrect.”
Phew! That’s a relief!
Having a severe migraine sucks ballz, but it’s MUCH easier to treat and understand than a seizure.
It’s still unclear what exactly caused these symptoms. We hope it wasn’t anything too dangerous or naughty.
We want our Lil Wayne healthy (and not incarcerated) so he can use that awesome new car Nicki Minaj got him last month!
