Round two?
Lil’ Wayne isn’t backing down from Quincy Jones III in court and plans to appeal a recent decision that ordered the rapper to pay $2,195,000 in damages to Quincy.
Wayne had originally sued Quincy for releasing a “scandalous” documentary about the rapper and for using Wayne’s music in it without his permission, but Quincy sued back saying Wayne caused his film to make almost no money because it was swamped in a legal battle.
Ultimately, the judge ruled in Quincy Jones’ favor and ordered Wayne to pay that huge amount, but now Wayne has filed an appeal to reverse the decision.
