In between court appointments, Lindsay Lohan is keeping herself busy with SWAG and photo ops.

This weekend, she dragged her baby sis Ali to help carry all the free shiz to the car to the Muscle Milk Fitness Retreat, where they got their hair done and got a private boxing session. For most of the day , they were spotted poolside, shamelessly grabbing whatever free stuff was being offered to them and smiling for the nearby cameras.
