Before being hospitalized for some sort of stomach bug Wednesday night, Lily Allen headed to dinner at Chiltern Firehouse in London in a sparkly, star-adorned Chanel dress and matching jacket.
Flashing a big smile, the pop star certainly did not betray any sense of ill health during the outing, and looked comfortable even in Louboutin pumps!
