Update: Lohan herself tells us she chose to have a day time party because she has no intention of going out clubbing in Vegas this weekend.
Lindsay reveals to PerezHilton.com, “We are doing the party in vegas for Sevin Nyne spray tan and 6126 leggings and MGM wanted to incorporate my birthday as well.”
Translation: She’s trying to be a good girl! We approve.
