Lindsay Is Hurting Her Career

Last fall, well known New York designer Jill Stuart chose Lindsay Lohan to be the first celebrity model in her ad campaign.

The decision to include Lindsay was made before life went on a downward spiral.

It went a little something like this.

Rehab. Arrest. Hospitalization. Rehab. Arrest. Rehab.

The spring campaign for Jill Stuart featured regular models, not celebrities, but Stuart would now like a high-profile face for her fall ’08 campaign, and it sure as hell ain’t gonna be Lindsay Lohan!

Who does the designer have in mind? None other than Hilary Swank.

Yea, because that face can sell anything, Right?

It seems the reason for Swank is that Stuart wants an “older” celebrity, with more of a professional image.

A company spokesperson would only say, “Nothing’s confirmed. We haven’t decided what we’re doing yet.”

It seems Lohan isn’t that in demand any more. We guess rehab, movie flops, and semi-nude pictorials don’t work for everyone.
