Assuming attorney Mark Heller‘s goal during LiLo’s proceedings is to generate as much publicity for himself as humanly possible, everything is going swimmingly!
But what if his priority is, instead, keeping Lindsay Lohan out of jail? Uhh, the jury is still out on that one.
Having apparently learned the law from Channing Tatum‘s hit comedy 21 Jump Street, Mark recently filed a motion to dismiss the case based on the fact Lindz was never Mirandized before she allegedly lied.
Sadly, since she sang like a red-headed canary before cops ever arrested her, no one was required to read her a list of rights.
Also, driving 88.8 miles per hour won’t turn your car into a time machine, because movie logic does not always hold up in real life.
Mark’s colleagues are puzzled by many of his questionable decisions.
Are legal experts scratching their head because they forgot to wash with Head & Shoulders? Or is Lindsay in desperate need of more competent counsel?
