The photog reportedly drives around in a Prius, follows the actress wherever she goes, and yells at her every time she stops her car!
The source continues that LiLo is convinced that he is “psychotic,” and is looking into a restraining order!
Ugh! Poor thing!

We truly hope that she can get this guy to stay away!
