And she’s done it again! We’re going to trial!
Lindsay Lohan is being booked, as we speak, after the judge in her felony grand theft case came down hard on her in court today and told her she shouldn’t “push her luck”!
After Lindsay pleaded not guilty to the theft case, sources report that Judge Schwartz sternly told her “things will be different” this time around because she’s being considered for a felony.
She was promptly remanded back into custody, with her bail set at $20,000. THEN, the judge revoked LiLo’s probation in her DUI case and set bail at $20,000. So, in total she owes $40,000!
We’re told that before she left the courtroom, the judge warned, “If you violate the law, I will remand you and there will be NO BAIL.”
Oh man! Schwartz means business!
A new hearing has been set for February 23, 2011 at 8:30am.
Tough break, LiLo! You better have some damn good evidence proving your innocence!
