There’s only room for one zany wildcard on the set of Eastbound & Down! And it’s Kenny friggin’ Powers!
Unlike the HBO character, we hear Lindsay Lohan was ANYTHING but difficult to work when she guest starred on the series last month!
The show’s star Danny McBride recently confirmed what a pro Lohan was, praising Lindz up and down and speaking of how professional the often times troubled actress was on set! Danny claimed:
“[Lindsay] was actually great. She was kind enough to come in and do a very small thing for us, and there was coverage on it for a week ├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥ even made-up stories about the crew├óΓé¼Γäós reaction to what she had done. She was great and did a good job.”
Danny and Lindsay got along so well, rumors started floating around that McBride was actually casting her to be in a new pilot he was shooting! Unfortunately, that story turned out to be a swing and a miss! McBride explained:
“That was completely false. Not that I wouldn├óΓé¼Γäót do that. She was totally cool, and we enjoyed working with her, and if something was right we├óΓé¼Γäód definitely do it again. At least I├óΓé¼Γäóm in made-up stories that have to do with work and not ones about cheating on my wife or anything.”
The final season of Eastbound & Down premieres this Sunday at 10pm!
