It’s been nine months since the truck driver Lindsay Lohan hit with her car claimed personal injury!
But now James Johnson‘s intentions are finally known for sure- he’s going to take the Mean Girls star to court!
Er, just as soon as she gets out of court for this other thing…
In fact, it’s this other trial that’s brought Mr. Johnson back out of hiding! A source close to the case says:
“The prosecutor has subpoenaed Johnson to testify against Lohan during her trial ├óΓé¼ΓÇ£ he claimed at the time of the accident that one of Lindsay├óΓé¼Γäós people tried to pay him off to keep quiet.
He is also going to testify that directly after the crash occurred he saw Lohan climbing from the driver├óΓé¼Γäós seat into the passenger side to exit the Porsche because her door wouldn├óΓé¼Γäót open.”
But Lindsay’s lawyer Mark Heller thinks he can discredit Johnson by outing his civil suit! The source says:
“Heller plans on destroying Johnson├óΓé¼Γäós credibility as a witness though by claiming he├óΓé¼Γäós just out to make a quick buck as he has lawyered up and is looking to sue Lohan in civil court.”
If he is suing, it is in his best interest to see Lindsay found guilty- but will that really make a difference to the jury? Or his testimony?
