Lindsay Lohan’s Lawyer Wrote Wackadoo Letter To Prosecutors Claiming He Can Fix Her

Mark Heller must think awfully highly of himself.
The newest attorney to take the Lindsay Lohan challenge is claiming he can make her all better without her having to deal with any of those pesky consequences that come when you commit a crime.
Wouldn’t that be nice? A well-behaved LiLo?
That is what Mark is promising in his outrageously ridic letter to the Santa Monica and L.A. City Attorneys where he tried to negotiate with them for Lindsay’s mistakes of lying to cops and violating her probation.
In the glorious letter, Mark suggested the two prosecutors work with him to “fix” Lindz.
We’re pretty sure they already have full-time jobs!
But that’s only the beginning as he chooses to play the blame game and points the finger at LiLo’s family. He wrote that you can’t judge the troubled redhead:

“without considering the pain, torment and confusion which Lindsay has experienced and has been afflicted with.”

Although we appreciate that attempt to push the guilt elsewhere, we think the best part of the letter might be where he offered Lindsay up for some good deeds as he continued:

├óΓé¼┼ôLindsay will gladly be…contributing her time to the production of Public Service messages and periodic visits to schools, hospitals and other venues where she may provide inspirational talks ├óΓé¼┬ª I am also exploring the establishment of a Lindsay Lohan Foundation that will provide a non-profit program to benefit young people.├óΓé¼┬¥

The Lindsay Lohan Foundation? Seriously?
Would this be set up to ensure she has funds to keep partying?
Unfortunately for Mark, the judge on the case was not at all happy with his lovely letter.
In fact, the judge was downright PISSED because it appeared that Mark was trying to improperly influence the court.
With another court date around the corner, we bet LiLo is missing Shawn Holley right about now.
