Lindsay Lohan could get yet ANOTHER legal break, but this time it is not so that she can go back to her hard partying ways.
…at least that is what her lawyer, Mark Heller, claims.
After his failed attempt to get the case thrown out because the cops went all Regina George on her, LiLo’s attorney motioned Friday to slow down the case├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥in which she violated her probation├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥so that she can work on being a better person.
In the document, Mark promises that delaying the case “will enable the Defendant who is pursuing and participating in certain activities which will benefit her and afford her more of an opportunity to be a productive and responsible person and contributor to society.”
What kind of activities exactly?
A source disclosed:
“[She will be doing] various public service and various charitable efforts. She’s finally made a decision to turn her life around.”
Hmm..why are we having a hard time believing this??
The whole thing sounds a bit too good to be true! Are we sure she is on board for this?? Are we talking about the same person that was fired from community service???
Lindsay has been saying she’s going to turn around her life for YEARS now, and she’s only continued to spiral downward.
We’d be VERY surprised if the judge went for this, but good luck gurl!
