She’s getting a head start on her house arrest!
This morning, Lindsay Lohan, via her attorney, officially entered her no contest plea to misdemeanor grand theft. Now, Lindsay’s been ordered to surrender to the Lynwood Jail by June 17, and when she does, it’ll be determined if she’ll be sent right back home with a shiny new ankle monitor and a decree she not leave her house for a certain length of time.
As for the length of her sentence, that’s still TBD. However, Judge Sautner ruled that should she get the house arrest option, Lindsay won’t be allowed to serve her 480 hours of community service. If she’s getting a home stay, she’s legit staying at home! Also, she’s been ordered to undergo psychological counseling (again) and a program called Stickyfingers Anonymous Shoplifters Alternative.
Not such a bum deal, Linds. Once again, we feel the need to point out how insanely lucky you are. Even though everyone keeps telling us you’re not getting special treatment, we can’t help but feeling like…yeah, you are!
