Operation “Keep LiLo Out Of The Clink” is heading into dangerous waters. Sources report that Lindsay Lohan has no intention of accepting any plea deal that involves jail time, so she’s dead set on taking this thing to trial to avoid it.
Thing is, if she goes to trial and she is found guilty, she be in worlds more trouble than she can possibly imagine. She’ll for certain go to jail for much longer than the 19 days she’d roughly spend behind bars with the deal Judge Schwartz has offered her. (That’s a 3 month sentence reduced for overcrowding.)
But Lindsay is standing firm to her convictions. She didn’t do it, so why should she go to jail???
True, if you didn’t do it, then you shouldn’t have to serve any time. But let us ask you this all important question:
Can you prove it???
