The big day is just around the corner!
And it looks like Lindsay Lohan will be headed to TRIAL for lying to the cops.
That’s right, Perezcious readers, little LiLo still hasn’t accepted a plea deal which has her team preparing for the worst trial.
Start popping the popcorn for this three-ring circus!
LiLo’s been thrown pretty much every option under the sun, but she is convinced she can beat the charges despite her incompetent lawyer weak case guilt overall unfortunate situation.
Everything is being put into place to move forward with trial as the witnesses are being told to prepare. An insider revealed:
“A plea deal in the case isn’t going to happen unless Lindsay comes to her senses. She refuses any deal that will send her to jail or rehab. She is confident that she will be acquitted of the charges of lying to cops. Lindsay’s attorney, Mark Heller, and the prosecutor have reached an impasse in the talks, and Terry White, the Los Angeles City Attorney handling the case, is now in full preparation for the trial. The key witnesses, including the passenger in Lindsay’s car that day, Gavin Doyle, and her bodyguard, have all been told they can expect to testify in the case next week.”

Well, she best know because she’s set to appear in court on Monday to approve Mark as her attorney and then have her case set for trial.
We’d say good luck, but gurlfriend needs something much more than luck to beat this!
