The youngest of Dina Lohan‘s family celebrated a HUGE milestone this weekend!

Except Lindsay Lohan, of course!
She was waaaay too busy shopping and snapping duck-faced selfies in London as evidenced by the Instagram snapshot she posted the other day!
Priorities, duh!
But, really, she shouldn’t worry at all! She wasn’t the only one not there!
Michael Lohan Sr. was absent as well, but he had a medical emergency with his baby, and since momma Kate Major is in jail he had to take care of it. Yikes!
Well, at least his excuse is better than LiLo’s non-excuse!!
Though, we guess Linds is staying away from America due to that whole ‘breaking into James Franco‘s hotel wanting sex‘ story that’s emerged!
