It’s apparently so scathing, that if any judge were to uncover it, she’d be screwed!
At the moment, Lindsay Lohan is weighing some pretty hefty options concerning her felony theft case. On the one hand, she can accept a plea deal and spend 3 months (19 days with overcrowding) in prison and have it be over and done with. On the other hand, she can plead not guilty, take this thing to trial and fight to prove her innocence. While we can’t say whether she is guilty or not, she might want to think twice before taking her case to trial. Not only is she facing one toughie of a judge, but according to a new report, there is something “shocking” and “devastating” against Lindsay in her probation report that could surface should she go to trial.
Apparently, this dirty little secret of LiLo’s is so scandalous, it has never been made public before. It’s so scathing that the source who revealed the existence of this information wouldn’t dare give specifics. But more so, this tidbit is supposedly so damaging, that should Judge Stephanie Sautner become aware of it, she’d probably throw the book at Lindsay!
Color us VERY intrigued!
Upon hearing this report, Lindsay’s lawyer, Shawn Holley, issued a statement, saying:
“Judge Schwartz made it abundantly clear Thursday, on the record, that the probation violation, if proven, would be based on the theft allegation and nothing more. If there was such ‘devastating’ information in the Probation Report, wouldn’t the allegations be based on that?”
Good point…but we’re not convinced.
More and more it seems abundantly clear that Lindsay has to take this plea deal. Her options just seem to be gateways to even more scandal.
Be careful, LiLo. Your whole future is riding on this decision. Choose wisely.
