Oh shiz!!!!! This just got REAL!!!
This morning, Lindsay Lohan appeared before Judge Stephanie Saunter to answer for some serious violations against her probation. As we mentioned earlier this morning, Judge Saunter was PISSED that Lindsay went against her specific orders to work at the Downtown Women’s Center and started a new service with a Red Cross.
Right off the bat, the judge reamed Lindsay out, saying that she caused herself to get booted from the woman’s Center, and that no one has the power to change her sentence, meaning changing community service opportunities, but her! The Caroline Manzo of judges went further to say that all the hours she clocked at the Red Cross are null and void and that she will be pulled from that program and put to work in the morgue, which was part of her original sentence.
But Sautner didn’t stop there. Then she went after Lindsay with her inconsistency in attending Shoplifter’s Alternative. She essentially scoffed at her finishing the program, since she went last night to complete it. She THEN called LiLo out on supposedly being able to see her shrink IN PERSON every week, when she told the program she couldn’t attend for a period of time because she was in Europe! SNAP!
Judge Sautner turned to pure gold when it was Shawn Holley’s turn to try and “defend” Lindsay’s position on all of these issues, claiming that Lindsay did most of what she’s required to do, including working at the Women’s center. She called having this hearing premature, saying Lindsay has a year to finish the rest of her community service and following a recommendation from the probation office, the Women’s Center is willing to take her back following her completion of service at the morgue.
However, Judge Saunter pointed out that these current violations are just part of a loooooong list of violations between her original Beverly Hills case to now and that giving her so many chances is doing a disservice to her and to the courts. In response to one of Holley’s retorts, she simple said:
“She’s complying with all the conditions, except – whoops – the sentence.”
Finally, the Judge stood firm and insisted that Lindsay was given the benefit of the doubt the last time she appeared in the court and that she would not be getting the same leniency again. The judge revoked Lindsay’s probation and set a hearing on November 2 which could determine if Lindsay goes to jail.
That was just … WOW! After watching Judge Sautner go after Lindsay like that, laying down the law as NO ONE has done before, we think by Thanksgiving, LiLo will be eating turkey behind bars!
