To go to jail or not to go to jail? That is the question.
As we previously reported, Lindsay Lohan was FIRED from her community service gig at a women’s shelter in L.A. earlier this month after blowing off several of her scheduled work days and putting little to no effort into helping others when she actually did show up. Combine this with the fact that she hasn’t been seeing the shrink Judge Stephanie Sautner ordered her to visit once a week, and LiLo could find herself in a world of trouble during her probation hearing today. Like, orange jumpsuit kind of trouble.
Apparently, Judge Sautner is none-too-pleased with La Lohan. In fact, she is downright PISSED that her direct orders have been ignored by the starlet again! That’s why, before Lindsay even got a chance to plead her case, Judge Sautner ordered Lindsay be removed from her cushy gig at the Red Cross (the community service option her probation office assigned to replace the shelter) and sent to … the morgue!
EWWW! Lindsay can see dead people! Gross!
But mopping up guts and gore is going to sound like a 7-week vacation cruise if the prosecution gets their way today. We’re hearing that while her probation office doesn’t feel like Lindsay did anything wrong, the City Attorney feels oppositely and will ask Sautner to send LiLo on a one-way ride back to clink – length of stay, TBD.
And you know what? We think Judge Saunter just might do it. She was pretty clear the last time she and Lindsay spoke that she wasn’t going to be giving her any more second third fourth fifth sixth seventh eighth chances.
This could be it for Lindsay. She could seriously be headed back to jail. Stay tuned!!!
