Unhappy with both New York and SoCal as locations for her court-ordered rehabilitation, our luscious law-breaking diva is desperately trying to delay her treatment and/or move the location to a tropical Floridian paradise!!
Lindsay Lohan even enlisted the help of her younger bro, Michael Jr.!
He called the El Lay attorney’s office BEGGING them to let the Mean Girls star spend 90 days at Lukens, a luxurious treatment center in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.
One source close to the situation revealed:
“Lindsay is desperately trying to get out of going to rehab in Southern California. Lindsay wants to be in the Florida center, but she isn’t sure if she’s going to be able to make that happen. She’s in a panic about her situation.”
We aren’t sure why her attorney Mark Heller didn’t dial up the courts himself, but Lukens is the place daddy-O Michael Lohan has been lobbying for all along!!
Apparently the rehab center in NYC doesn’t allow Lindz to smoke cigarettes and she thinks that’s no bueno!
Wherever this court-ordered cutie ends up, we sincerely hope she finds the help she needs!!
Hopefully she packed for a variety of climates!!
