Lindsay Lohan might actually be able to avoid jail with a rehab stay!
That is if she doesn’t break the rules and ditch!
If all goes according to plan then LiLo will be checking into rehab on schedule by a place approved by all sides.
We never thought we’d see the day!
A source revealed how everything is finally falling into place:
“A facility in New York has been selected that appears to meet all of the criteria set forth by the judge that was made in Lindsay Lohan’s plea deal in her lying to cops case.”
Final approval is expected THIS week!
But of course, LiLo won’t be checking in until her Coachella partying is over.
THIS rehab will be one where our private plane princess can’t leave or else, as the source close to the matter says:
“The Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office has been in contact with the rehab facility, and it’s satisfied with the information set forth that Lindsay can comply with while there. The main concern was that Lindsay not be given any day passes during the 90 day stay to leave, and prosecutors have been assured this won’t happen. If Lindsay leaves without permission, the prosecutor and judge will be notified immediately, and she will be sent to jail, no questions asked.”
Really? This time it’ll be jail for sure?
We’d almost say we don’t doubt she could wiggle her way out of jail again, but this cat’s nine lives might be up.
Here’s to hoping LiLo actually checks in on time!
