Lindsay Lohan has so many legal issues, she’s only JUST responding to one from this past January!
You may recall that back then, paparazzo Grigor Balyan pressed charges against the actress and her driver Paola Demara after they allegedly ran him over when he stepped in front of their car in 2010!
Well, while LiLo usually never takes responsibility for anything she does, this time she’s SERIOUS about it, and has filed a response in El Lay County Superior Court, claiming that the photog-in-question “carelessly put himself near a moving automobile” and, therefore, should be held accountable for his own injuries!
No word yet on the judge’s ruling, but in this specific case, we’re gonna have to side with Linds!
Seriously! For the amount of trouble gurl has had behind the wheel over the past five years, these guys should know better than to come anywhere NEAR a vehicle with HER in it!
Just saying!
