Big surprise.
Lindsay Lohan is spinning the Betty Ford assault incident that allegedly occurred back in December 2010 and is claiming that it was provoked by employee Dawn Holland.
So, naturally, LiLo says she doesn’t owe her a dime.
In case you forgot (and why should you have to remember one of what feels like thousands of Lindsay “incidents”), Linds was accused of “twisting and pulling” Holland’s wrist during a routine breathalyzer test while staying at the Betty Ford clinic over a year ago.
In July 2011, Holland filed a lawsuit back and is asking for millions.
And finally, Lindsay and her reps are just NOW responding to the claims. They of course say that Lindsay doesn’t owe a single thing because according to them, Holland provoked the incident and Lohan was just fighting back in self-defense.
Lindsay’s reps are asking the court to force Holland to pay for her court costs and more.
Ooooof course they are.
We’re not sure who to believe, really. Both sides of the story sound shady to us.
