Somebody better watch out for the wrath of LiLo!
Seems like Lindsay Lohan has made it known that if the man, who claimed she hit him with her car, files a lawsuit, she will go ahead and file one right back!
Not only will she counter-sue, but he will also have to pay the price for the allegations he has made!
As we told you last week, the actress was accused by the manager of the Hookah Lounge that she hit him while attempting to leave the club in Hollywood.
Now, it’s just looking like this guy is an opportunist out to get Lindsay’s money!
A law enforcement source says of the man:
“Let’s be very clear, he has changed his story significantly. Officers on the scene specifically asked the man if the car had hit him and he was absolutely emphatic that it hadn’t, nor had he claimed it hit his car.
Several hours later, the man’s newly hired lawyer called the Hollywood division of the LAPD and said that his client wanted to provide a statement because he was the victim of a hit and run accident. The manager claimed that he was in shock after the accident and that his foot began hurting and went to the hospital. He now says there is no doubt that Lindsay drove over his foot and fled the scene.├óΓé¼┬¥
Sounds fishy to us!!!
The actress, who will be officially off probation on March 29, will sue for libel, defamation and other claims IMMEDIATELY if the man decides to file.
We wouldn├óΓé¼Γäót mess with LiLo if that were us! Just sayin’…!!
