You’re just delaying the inevitable, honey!
Lindsay LOLhan is all ROFLMAO about that whole pesky jail thing, thinking that she can work the legal system by appealing her 90-day jail sentence.
However sources say that this will only buy her some time, about 6 months to a year, since she WILL have to eventually serve her time.
A close insider says:
├óΓé¼┼ôLindsay’s lawyer only has to file a notice of appeal with Judge (Marsha) Revel, and under terms of California law–particularly misdemeanor probation appeals–the defendant must be granted bail. Judge Revel will be forced to give Lohan bail pending the appeal, and Lilo wouldn’t even have to appear in front of Judge Revel again…the appeal will take six months to a year to be heard. It’s highly unlikely that Lohan’s appeal will be successful. However, it will keep her out of jail for at least the next six months to a year.├óΓé¼┬¥
The problem is Lindsay can’t even find a lawyer who will help her since she continues to act like she’s better than everybody else and is somehow above the law. A source close to the washed-up star adds:
“Lindsay met with two prominent criminal defense attorneys on Wednesday, but both refused to take the case because of her bad attitude. Lohan blames everyone around her for her circumstances, and she is absolutely unaccountable. She is an attorney’s worst nightmare because she simply refuses to follow any advice that she disagrees with.”
Get over it, Lindz! You’re going to jail so have fun being locked up behind bars!
