This whole Lisa Marie Presley case with her estranged husband was totally shocking and disturbing when the news broke.
Michael Lockwood was being accused of possessing inappropriate photos of children during his messy divorce with the 49-year-old. The news of this came out as Lisa Marie filed court papers in February about their 8-year-old twin daughters, Finley and Harper, being taken from their custody because of the claims against her ex. Since, the girls have been cared for by Lisa Marie’s mom, Priscilla Presley.

The musician argued against her accusations and also revealed that there are “allegations against both of us,” but didn’t elaborate on what allegations she might be facing.
According to People, now it appears he won’t have to worry about the ones against him because it has been announced by Tennessee Bureau of Investigation Public Information Officer Josh DeVine that there is nothing to pursue:
“Barring any new potential evidence or information, we have concluded our involvement in this matte. We have not been able to determine a crime occurred in Tennessee and accordingly do not have an open investigation.”
He added:
“[We] never opened a formal investigation. We only embarked on an initial inquiry to determine if we could substantiate information with which to open a case.”
While we don’t love that they’re saying they couldn’t determine if a crime occurred rather than saying no crime occurred, we don’t make the laws.
We wonder if now the children will be back in their parents’ custody.
As you know, the two are still battling over spousal support and attorney fees as they continue their divorce proceedings. Hopefully, if no crimes have gone down, these two can resolve things in a quick and easy manner.
