Lisa Rinna's Daughter Amelia Gray Hamlin Bravely Opens Up About Eating Disorder Struggle

So brave.
Over the weekend, one of Lisa Rinna and Harry Hamlin‘s daughters took to Instagram to open up about her recent recovery from an eating disorder. 16-year-old model Amelia Gray Hamlin decided it was time to discuss her personal journey as she has been “getting many comments comparing [her] body today vs. [her] body last year.”

In order to highlight the extent of her struggle, Amelia uploaded two bikini shots, one from last year and another one taken recently. Alongside the images, Miz Hamlin bravely discussed her mental health issues and talked about how she came to terms with them. Specifically, the Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills star’s flesh-and-blood noted that she woke up “one morning” and realized she had to stop “sabotaging [her]self├óΓé¼┬ª[her] health, [her] physical health, [her] mental health, and everything about [her]self.”
Well said. The up-and-comer also shared that she’s recently been diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder, named Hashimoto’s disease. Intense stuff.

We couldn’t be prouder of Amelia for opening up and sharing her story. And it appears that we aren’t the only ones, as Momma Rinna made sure to sing her daughter’s praises on Twitter:

Hear! Hear!
Thank you for sharing, Amelia.
