Although Lindsay Lohan filed a $100 million lawsuit against E-Trade, the bosses of the financial firm are not scared.
The wacktress is accusing them of using her name and parodying her from profit. The commercial shows a baby named Lindsay, who is referred to as a “milkaholic” and boyfriend stealer.
E-Trade executive filed a motion to dismiss the suit, referring to it as “meritless.”
