ZOMG! This is SO scary!!
Reports have come in that part of the roof in the Apollo Theater in London has collapsed!
Not only this, but it collapsed DURING a performance of Curious Incident Of The Dog in the Night-Time so the theater was packed with people!!
It is being reported that there were about 65 people wounded and, thankfully, the London Fire Brigade said that all those who were trapped have been freed. Five of the people who suffered more serious injuries had to go to a hospital for treatment.
We’re happy to report a police spokesman commented:
“We are not aware of any fatalities at this early stage.”
Sources have said that at around 8:15 p.m. GMT, there was a strange “cracking” noise in the theater moments before the collapse happened.
An eyewitness described the scene:
“The entire dome roof fell down on the audience just in front of us. The ceiling just fell in. We thought it was water. We thought it was a part of the show. I grabbed my kids and ran.”
This is SO scary!!
But luckily police feel that the collapse was not a deliberate act or related to an attack. However, the cause is still under investigation.

UPDATE: It is now reported that 81 people were injured in the accident with seven of those people suffering serious injuries. Stay tuned for further updates.
