Mahiki, a tiki-themed club on Dover Street in London is working alongside PETA to enforce a fur bar ban!
Because when did animal hair and pints of beer really mix anyway…

The popular hot spot, for both celebrities and fashion designers, is realizing they have the potential to make a difference when it comes to the cruel and inhumane treatment of animals — by not allowing anyone entrance into the club if they’re wearing real fur!
PETA has apparently trained door staff on finding faux fur from real fur, and in the grand scheme of things, this furless club law really isn’t that crazy.
Venues do get to decide a dress code that most patrons are full aware of before entering!
Hopefully this will lead to more socially conscious night owls and owners, but who really knows!
