Matthew Fox Has Been Officially Charged With Assault For Bus Driver Attack!

To recap, earlier this week LOST alum Matthew Fox was detained by police after he had a drunken altercation with female party bus driver Heather Bormann.

As we said before, he attempted to board the bus in a drunken stupor WITHOUT being invited. When the driver asked him to leave, he punched her in the crotch and breast. She retaliated with a swift jab to the jaw.

Then yesterday, Bormann spoke up further about the incident, and mentioned that Fox “smelled like a liquor cabinet” during the altercation.

Now, we’ve learned that the party bus driver has officially filed assault charges against Matthew Fox, and given the fact that there’s photo evidence of Bormann’s bruises, it’s NOT looking too good for Matthew!

Oh, and the former LOST star STILL hasn’t commented on the situation! Just awful!

Sounds like Fox could be headed to jail and/or rehab for this one!
