Louis Tomlinson truly faced a heartbreaking loss when his mom Johannah Deakin passed away from leukemia at the age of 43.
In more heart wrenching news, the One Direction star’s stepdad Dan Deakin took over his late wife’s Twitter on Tuesday to share one last message she wanted to send.
