Love Is Blind's Steven Sunday Sues Sexual Assault Accuser For $400,000 In Damages

There is some serious stuff going on off-camera regarding the new season of Love Is Blind!

According to The US Sun, Steven Sunday — who starred and (SPOILER!) didn’t find love on Season 10 of the popular Netflix reality series — filed a lawsuit against a woman named Elisha on Tuesday. What for? The reality star sued her for 16 counts of defamation after she accused him of sexual assault online, which he claimed cost him his job!

After Netflix announced the new cast of Love Is Blind at the end of January, he says Elisha started posting on Instagram Stories claiming Steven sexually assaulted her and recorded her without her permission at her home back in May 2025. That’s a few months after filming for Season 10 of the show wrapped, FYI. She wrote:

“My heart is literally racing and I’m shaking be this man came to my house and SA’d me a few months ago. Awesome.”

Elisha added in a follow-up slide:

“Sorry for the trauma dump but I did NOT expect to see this man on f**king love is blind and I need people to know that he is dangerous. I feel sick.”

She went on to share more about what happened, saying:

“Happened in May 2025. I realize that they probably won’t even take me seriously bc I didn’t file a police report and people are just gonna think I’m lying for attention (which I don’t even want.) I just wanted to at least share that he’s a disgusting human being who can’t take no for an answer and likes to film people without their consent. I just don’t want anyone else to go through what I did. I cried on the phone to my best friend the day after and I processed what happened.”

And this wasn’t the first time she talked about the alleged assault either. Elisha dropped a screenshot of an IG post she made on May 16, 2025 — the day after the incident allegedly happened. It read:

“Took me 20 hours to realize I was SAd last night (I hate knowing this happened in my own home too now I have to cleanse it). When men don’t listen to me or what I want it makes me feel so defeated and in the moment I feel weak and like what the f**k am I supposed to do?? So I keep letting it happen because I don’t know how they’ll react. I shouldn’t have to say I don’t want to do something more than once. I shouldn’t have to be coerced. He also started recording me without my direct consent and I want to puke. I feel degraded and sad today.”

Steven insists her allegations are false.

In the filing, the television personality claimed he and Elisha met on the dating app Bumble back in 2024 and flirted with each other over text before moving the conversation to Instagram. The two then allegedly decided to meet up at her home in Ohio at around 10:30 p.m. on May 14, 2025. Steven says they talked briefly and started to “kiss and fondle each other.”

While Elisha denied ever giving her consent to record their sex acts, Steven claimed she did agree:

“Prior to beginning any sexual acts, Steven and Elisha had discussed recording their sexual acts together. The parties agreed to have Steven record the sexual activities. During the fellatio, Steven began to record Elisha’s acts on his cell phone’s camera. The recording lasts for 1 minutes and 47 seconds before being turned off.”

According to Steven, Elisha asked if he wanted to have sex, but he turned her down before leaving her apartment around midnight. Following that night, he said they never contacted each other again.

Flash forward to January 27 when the Love Is Blind cast news broke, and Elisha began dropping more accusations of sexual assault on social media. The lawsuit also noted she repeated allegations from others that Steven attempted to roofie women in the area. He claimed he served Elisha a cease and desist, demanding she take down the “defamatory” posts, but she allegedly ignored it. And because of the posts, Steven said he was put on paid suspension from his finance job on January 30. He included a company letter as evidence.

Steven is now demanding at least $400,000 in damages from Elisha. She has not responded to the lawsuit at this time. Netflix also hasn’t addressed the allegations against Steven.
