As reported on Thursday, Real Housewives Of New York star Luann de Lesseps announced she and husband Tom D’Agostino are getting divorced after eight months of marriage.

On Friday, the Money Can’t Buy You Class singer took to Twitter to write a special message to her followers, acknowledging their support through this difficult time in her life.
She wrote:

It’s important to note that the 52-year-old changed her display name from “Luann D’Agostino” to “Luann de Lesseps.” In case you’re wondering, her maiden name is Nadeau.
Earlier that day, the Bravolebrity was spotted at an auto body shop in Sag Harbor, New York NOT wearing her wedding ring. She is reportedly “going to Europe” and will step out of the spotlight for a bit.
