Time to stock up on peaches!
On Sunday, at the Oscars red carpet, Call Me By Your Name director Luca Guadagnino confirmed he is working on a sequel with the book’s author Andr├â┬⌐ Aciman!

He told USA Today:
“I’m already conceiving the story with Andr├â┬⌐ Aciman, and it’s gonna happen five or six years afterwards… It’s gonna be a new movie, a different tone… They’re gonna go around the world.”
Once the script is finalized, the team will begin discussing plans for production.
The gay coming-of-age drama — starring Armie Hammer and Timoth├â┬⌐e Chalamet — earned four Academy Award nominations, with James Ivory winning for Best Adapted Screenplay.
