She’s out of jail!
Jessica Sierra received a break from a judge in Florida today.
The American Idol alum and sex tape star was given three years probation AND forced to do one year in rehab.
Sierra was arrested in December again for getting into a fight at a bar.
Speaking of rehab, Jess is going to appear on VH1’s Celebrity Rehab, which she taped last year. That obviously didn’t work for her.
Hopefully this time’s a charm.
Oh, yeah, she’s also pregnant now. Woo hoo!
