Body cam footage has FINALLY been released from the moment cops confronted Luigi Mangione.
A year to the day after he was captured in a McDonald’s, police have shared footage of the alleged UnitedHealthcare CEO shooter’s arrest. In the video, which was shared on Tuesday, Altoona, Pennsylvania officers Joseph Detwiler and Tyler Frye approach the 27-year-old in the food establishment and ask him to lower his mask. Luigi complies, but gives the fake name “Mark Rosario” when officers ask. Detwiler tells Luigi:
“Someone called, they thought you were suspicious.”

And the Ivy League graduate responds:
“Oh, I’m sorry.”
He’s then asked for identification, and Luigi presents a New Jersey ID, but the cops ultimately determine it’s fake and place him under arrest. Watch (below):
Crazy that’s it’s already been a year! Luigi has since pleaded not guilty to murdering Brian Thompson. Have you been following along with his pre-trial hearings?
Reactions??
