Machine Gun Kelly Sued Over Alleged Hotel Attack Resulting From Eminem Feud

Machine Gun Kelly Lawsuit Eminem Feud

Machine Gun Kelly is facing down a very serious lawsuit from an actor who says the rapper’s goons beat him up back in 2018!
MGK’s alleged victim in the September 2018 attack, actor Gabriel ‘G-Rod’ Rodriguez, has filed suit against the rapper over a vicious attack in a hotel that was caught on camera and, Rodriguez claims, was ordered on him by Kelly himself.

OK, so, here’s the context: back in September 2018, Rodriguez saw MGK out at an Atlanta-area restaurant, and came up to the rapper, calling him a “p***y” because G-Rod was pissed at the time over how MGK was handling his apparent feud with Eminem.
Seems pretty random… but now, Rodriguez claims that after he confronted MGK, he was in a Hampton Inn hotel later than evening when at least three individuals showed up to beat him up — and they viciously attacked the actor. There’s no dispute the attack itself was horrific; it was captured on camera in the hotel lobby, and at least three of the attackers were later identified and charged with misdemeanor battery.
At the time, Atlanta cops cleared MGK of any wrong doing, though, saying that the rapper wasn’t at the hotel at the time and wasn’t involved at all with the attack.
Rodriguez apparently sees things differently, however; in his new lawsuit against Kelly, the actor alleges that MGK actually ordered the men to attack, kick, punch, and body slam him. G-Rod has filed suit against Kelly AND three other dudes in his crew over the altercation. Rodriguez says the allegedly ordered attack left him with “serious injuries and medical expenses,” and he’s also suing the hotel over alleged negligence regarding the incident.

G-Rod’s attorney told TMZ about the lawsuit (below):

“Mr. Rodriguez looks forward to his day in court and holding those responsible for this vicious and cowardly attack fully responsible for their actions.”

And he’s not the only one trying to win in the court of public opinion here; MGK’s manager responded to the lawsuit, as well (below):

“It’s a bogus lawsuit and MGK is not liable for what happened.”

Well then!
We’ll see what comes of the legal proceedings here…
