We all know mama Madge does NOT tolerate her kids or audience smoking!
So why does she have a cigarette in her mouth on Instagram?? Is Her Madgesty smoking??? She tweeted:

The truth is, the pic is an outtake from Madonna’s recent L’Uomo Vogue photo shoot- you know, the one with the amazing nipple shot!
See? It’s all about the art! It’s all about creating a look. We’re guessing that, like Bill Clinton before her, she didn’t inhale.
But is she making it look cool? We mean, she is one fiercely coiffed diva in these photos. And isn’t glorifying smoking kind of hypocritical when you’re so firmly against it? What do U think?
