It’s almost that time for the young one to fly the coop! And it looks like she may be flying north!
Madonna and her daughter Lourdes Leon visited the University of Michigan campus on Wednesday – and their visit caused a ruckus!
The daughter of the superstar was visiting the musical theater program, but when other students learned of the two’s arrival – everyone went up in autograph arms!
Here’s what a vocal performance senior said:
“There was a lot of excitement. [Madonna’s] daughter was learning about our musical theater program. Someone announced to my choir class Madonna was in the building, and choir wasn’t productive anymore after that.”
Even students that weren’t in the program were clamoring to see the queen of the universe!
Here’s what the source said:
“People that weren’t music school students were all over the area. Madonna tried to keep the attention on her daughter but … people were everywhere.”
Good thing for Lourdes that if she decides to go to the school, her mother won’t be with her. Otherwise she’d never get any studying done!
Madonna is a BIG fan of the school in Ann Arbor, where she briefly studied before leaving to focus on her career, and has said as much in the past. Here’s what she has previously said:
“I want my daughter to go to school there. I keep telling her, Ann Arbor is an awesome place.”
Obviously it is going to be Lourdes’ final decision, but we have a feeling that this university is definitely in the running!
It’s an amazing school, has a great history, and her mom is pushing for it!
We’d say it is about a 99 percent chance she goes there, ha!
Although, if she did, we’re 100 percent sure she’d love it!
