The custody battle between Madonna and her ex Guy Ritchie just gets worse and worse.
As you probably know, the pop diva is heartbroken over the estrangement of her son Rocco after he ran away to England to live with his father.
Well, Madge and Guy have been fighting over each other’s parenting styles, and on Wednesday, finally called into court in New York for their custody hearing.

For now, a judge isn’t ordering Rocco to come back home to live with his mother.
In fact, the Supreme Court Justice seemed happy with the 15-year-old’s enrollment in a London school, and doesn’t want to make him leave.
As for the feuding parents though, they’ve got a real problem. According to the judge, the “inability of the parents to come up with a solution” is really harming their son, despite Rocco’s attorney revealing he’s stressed over the uncertainty of the custody battle.
If Madonna and Guy can’t come up with a solution in the best interest of their son, a judge will have to step in.
Hopefully it won’t come to that!
