Madonna is feeding her fans well this week!
On Monday, the pop star released a short film to go along with her upcoming album Confessions II — and it’s FULL of celeb cameos and edgy moments. The film follows along with several of her new songs, which are the first six tracks on her upcoming album. In the beginning of the film, Madge addresses the audience:
“Thanks for coming. Sometimes I like to just hide in the shadows. Create a new persona, a different identity. I can be whoever I want to be. People think that dance music is superficial. But they’ve got it all wrong. The dance floor is not just a place; it’s a threshold, a ritualistic space where movement replaces language.”
Throughout the film, there’s dancing, some risqué laser shots, and absolutely jaw-dropping imagery — because, come on, it’s MADONNA! No one ever does it like her!

Some of the bigger celebs who made appearances in the short film are Sabrina Carpenter, who is performing their song Bring Your Love with her, the upcoming Madonna biopic star Julia Garner, and even Benedict Cumberbatch!
Other names include Marty Supreme‘s Odessa A’zion, the musician Arca, Kate Moss, Gwendoline Christie, Shygirl, Richard E. Grant, Debi Mazar, DJ Honey Dijon, Archie Madekwe, João Pedro, and Cole Palmer. And of course the 67-year-old’s daughter Lourdes Leon was front and center in several shots of the film!
It also includes TONS of references to Madonna’s legendary career — this one goes out to her OGs!
