If you want your son or daughter to be a dentist you should aim for a December birthday!
According to a new and very scientific study by the Office of National Statistics, the month a baby is born in suggests their future career path.
Most debt collector are born in January. Beyonce and Jay-Z‘s baby thats due in February is likely to be an artist. But if it’s late and born in March the child might be a pilot instead.
The study says summer babies had much lower chances of becoming high-earning footballers, doctors or dentists. Sorry summer babies!
Russell Foster, an Oxford University neuroscientist, said the effects of the birth month on life outcomes was small but “very clear.”
He defends his study denying this having anything to do with astrology! He said,
“I am not giving voice to astrology ├óΓé¼ΓÇ£ it├óΓé¼Γäós nonsense ├óΓé¼ΓÇ£ but we are not immune to seasonal interference.├óΓé¼┬¥
“It seems absurd the month in which you are born can affect life chances, but how long you live, how tall you are, how well you do at school, your body mass index as an adult, your morning-versus-evening preference and how likely you are to develop a range of diseases are all correlated to some extent with the time of year in which you emerge from the womb.”
